MEDIA BIAS - STILL GOING STRONG!

BROKAW DOESN’T GET IT
…(But then, does he ever?)

Boortz.com
Brokaw, like most leftists, is unable to make a distinction between The United States and it’s government. Someone needs to tell him that it’s the flag of the United States of America, not the flag of the government of the United States of America. Wearing the flag shows a love of our country and our heritage, not the love of our government. Maybe, like the hideous Clintons, Brokaw thinks that America is great because, not in spite of, its government.

The More Things Change at CNN
There is no question that Bin Laden is the leader of the terrorist network that killed all those innocent people in New York and Washington. So does CNN behave as if he is the enemy? Not exactly. Instead, they submit six questions to him in advance for an interview. You NEVER give questions in advance to a political or governmental figure before an interview. You might agree on the topic areas to be covered, sure. But specific questions? Absolutely not. ". . . So right from square one CNN violates one of the most critical rules of the journalistic profession. That is bad enough. But hello? We are again at war. What is the idea of giving the enemy time to expound his viewpoint over our airwaves? Questions in advance to Bin Laden under our current circumstances should never ever be contemplated, let alone implemented. Once again CNN is more concerned with ratings than it is with the security of the USA. Or the other possibility is, and I hesitate to mention it lest I be branded a McCarthyite for life, that the CNN crowd is really sympathetic to our enemies. They want Saddam's and Bin Laden's point of view to come across because they think it has merit."

Las Vegas, Nevada: Major media networks have refused to air a 60 second commercial calling for President Bush, the FAA, and the airlines to arm commercial pilots. The commercial, to run on prime time slots was produced and sponsored by Front Sight Founder's Society. Front Sight Firearm Training Institute's Founder and Director, Dr. Ignatius Piazza was surprised that major networks refused to air a commercial in which Front Sight encourages Americans to contact President Bush, the FAA, and the airlines to demand that our commercial pilots be armed. In the commercial Front Sight also offers to immediately train all commercial pilots and co-pilots FREE OF CHARGE that are authorized to carry a gun to defend the cockpit against terrorists. Piazza states, "It is unfortunate that the major networks would not air our 60 second commercials aimed at spreading the truth that the only solution to forever preventing another World Trade Center attack is to give pilots the ability and authority to defend the cockpit with a gun. Front Sight's solution is simple, efficient, effective and will not cost the taxpayers, air passengers, or airlines a dime. Our commercial demonstrated how easy and safe it is to stop cold a terrorist attempting to invade the doorway of the cockpit or take a hostage. Front Sight has the absolute solution. We are willing to provide our gift of up to 150 million dollars in training free of charge and Front Sight Founder's Society is spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to spread the truth of our solution." To view the commercial that major media networks refused to air visit Front Sight's: Click Here to View Commercial and support Front Sight's efforts to arm and train our commercial pilots by joining Front Sight Founder's Society. Front Sight Founder's Society is now producing a new 60 second commercial to be ready by next week. Says Piazza, "The next commercial, unfortunately must be more politically correct to get it aired, but will have the same message to arm our pilots and take back control of the skies. Watch for it and support Front Sight's Founder's Society."

THE LIE THAT WON'T DIE
AIM.ORG
In one of the most notorious examples of Communist disinformation appearing in the U.S. media, Dan Rather reported in a newscast on March 30, 1987, that a Soviet publication had charged that an American military laboratory had developed the virus that caused the AIDS epidemic. He did not accompany this charge with any comment from the Pentagon or the State Department. This story had been exposed as Soviet disinformation before Rather aired it. Rather had been snared in a Soviet "active measures" campaign that involved the use of Soviet front groups, forgeries and disinformation. Rather still hasn't apologized for having been taken in by this Soviet fabrication.

BIN LADEN GATE
AIM.ORG
By Cliff Kincaid
Several Clinton administration top officials appeared on television to express their surprise and anger over the terrorist attacks on New York City and the Pentagon by agents of Osama bin Laden. But just two years ago, they were accepting help from bin Laden in NATO's war on Yugoslavia. They were assisting the Kosovo Liberation Army which bin Laden was assisting with fighters trained in his camps in Afghanistan. A story by Jerry Seper in the Washington Times on May 4, 1999, reported, "Some members of the Kosovo Liberation Army, which has financed its war effort through the sale of heroin, were trained in terrorist camps run by international fugitive Osama bin Laden—who is wanted in the 1998 bombing of two U.S. embassies in Africa that killed 224 persons, including 12 Americans." Seper said that newly obtained intelligence reports showed that the KLA had enlisted Islamic terrorists in its conflict with Serbia and that bin Laden's organization, known as al-Qaeda, had both trained and financially supported the KLA, which had been labeled a terrorist group by a Clinton State Department official. Despite that, General Wesley Clark, who was NATO's supreme commander during the war in Kosovo, said in a September 14th column in the Washington Post that the U.S. must use decisive force against international terrorism. He had worked closely with the KLA during the war, implementing a Clinton policy that ignored more serious human rights problems in other parts of the world. The Clinton administration, for example, remained largely indifferent to the persecution of Christians in Sudan, where an Islamic regime has killed almost 2 million people and was, for a time, Osama bin Laden's home.

AN INDICTMENT? INDICTMENT HELL – IT MERITS AN ATTACK
Boortz.com
We’ll add Pakistan to the list of nations and people who think that the Bin Laden matter is a mere legal problem. Yeah .. we have enough to indict him now, so let’s arrest him, have a bail hearing, give him a lawyer and try him. And just where would Pakistan like to see Bin Laden tried? Probably in some Islamic country before an Islamic jury. No trial. Kill him. Alive he is a rallying pint for Islamic fanatics who will kill tens of thousands of innocent people around the world to get his release. Alive, Bin Ladin could still kill – from the comfort of his jail cell. Oh, and if they did try Bin Laden … how could he find someone to defend him? Are you kidding? He probably already has a business card hidden under his turban that reads “Alan Dershowitz, Harvard Hot Shot.”
